ShipNexus is a product of YIZE LTD. ("YIZE LTD.", "we", "us", or "our"). We operate app.shipnexus.co and the ShipNexus driver mobile app (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Service you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
Account information. When you sign up we collect your name, company name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored securely and are never readable by anyone, including us. If you subscribe, your payment details (card number, billing address) go directly and securely to our payment processor — they never pass through our systems.
Your business data. As you use the Service you create records — driver profiles, vehicles, jobs, routes, container bookings, invoices, and customer information. This data belongs to your company. We store it, but we do not use it for any purpose other than running the Service for you.
Driver location. While a driver is on an active trip, the ShipNexus app shares the truck's live location with your company account. It is visible only to the people you've authorized on your account, and tracking stops automatically when the trip ends.
Usage information. We keep basic, anonymous information about how the Service is used — which features get used and how often — so we can keep improving it. This is never sold.
Support communications. If you contact us by email or through the platform, we keep a record of that conversation to help resolve your issue and improve our support.

We do not use your business data — fleet records, GPS history, container data, invoices — for any purpose beyond delivering the Service to your company.
We do not sell your information. We share data only in these limited situations:
Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States and is encrypted at all times — both while it's stored and while it travels between your devices and us. Only the people you've authorized on your account can see your data; no one else can, including other ShipNexus customers.
Access to our live systems is limited to essential YIZE LTD. staff using secure sign-in. We back up your data regularly so it can be restored if something goes wrong.
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% immune to security risks. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at hello@shipnexus.co.
We keep your account and business data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days — giving you time to reactivate or export it. After 90 days, all your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing privacy@shipnexus.co.

We use one cookie, and only to keep you signed in between visits. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers, and we don't follow you around other websites.
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify account owners by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the updated policy.
